Delivery of your items can take anywhere from three to eight full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

Note: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. 

Multiple Shipments: Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order. Also, there is no shipping and handling charge for a Gift Card unless you ship via express delivery.



We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express with verifiable address. Some credit card orders must be shipped to the cardholder's address.  Unlike most other online retailers, we do not charge your credit card until your order ships! 

Important: For your protection, we sometimes need to verify information retained by the bank that issued your credit card. Validating this information could delay your order up to 2 business days. If you are shipping to an alternate address, please call the bank that issued the card and list that address on their records. This can help expedite the verification process on your order.
